30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or return if you're not completely satisfied with your Heelen™ Posture Therapy Package. We’ll gladly issue a full refund or exchange as long as the product is in its original condition.

Conditions for Returns and Refunds

To qualify for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Any digital products, such as the ebook, are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

How to Request a Return or Refund

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@heelen.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We’ll provide you with instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or we made an error with your order.
  • If a return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping and offer either a replacement or a full refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account or credit card statement, as it may take several business days for the refund to appear.
  • If you still have not received your refund after 7 business days, contact your bank or credit card provider as there may be additional processing time.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, we will replace it free of charge. Simply contact us at support@heelen.com to begin the exchange process.
