At Heelen™, we’re committed to delivering your posture therapy products as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below you’ll find all the details regarding our shipping process, timeframes, and costs.

Processing Time

Once you place your order, it will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number to monitor your package.

Shipping Timeframes

United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (available at checkout)

International Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days
  • Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing times.

Shipping Costs

  • U.S. Orders: Free standard shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat rate of $4.99 applies. Expedited shipping options will be available at checkout for an additional fee.
  • International Orders: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you choose.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through our website or the carrier’s tracking page.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, any customs fees, import taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the customer. These fees vary by country and are not included in the price of the item or shipping cost.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or lost during transit, please contact our customer support team at support@heelen.com. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Make sure to double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. If you realize you've made a mistake, contact us immediately at support@heelen.com so we can attempt to fix it before your package ships.

Delivery Issues

If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please allow an additional 24-48 hours as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered prematurely. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us and we’ll investigate.
